Why has Instant Transfer Gone Away????????????

I have recenlty seen that Instant transfer has gone away completely has anyone Noticed this?

Someone from Fiverr said that the service is going to have interruptions or they might even completely remove it for some people. Reason: They are revamping the service as an effort to improve Seller Plus. If I am not mistaken, they said it will take a few weeks, so yeah..
