Order On Pending

Hey Everyone. I wanted to know regarding a situation. Buyer has placed the order about more than a week, and he didn't submit the requirements yet. I have contacted him and he didn't answered, even though he went online after that. What is the best course of action?

 

What should I do now??

Stop with this already, contact Fiverr support only when it's a necessity, this is not.

Orders are not active until buyers send the requirements. So I assume the order is inactive. Just so you know, I have a lot of orders from 2020 that are inactive, so the order remains inactive for years if needed, until the buyer will send requirements.
