Urgent Assistance Needed: Account Derank and Inconsistent Promoted Gig

Hi,
I am writing to seek your support and guidance regarding a critical issue I am facing with my Fiverr account. My account has recently experienced an unexpected deranking, resulting in the loss of my promoted gig, Seller Plus benefits, and overall ranking. While I managed to regain my promoted gig after a month, my previous rank is yet to be restored.

To provide you with an overview of the events, please find the timeline below detailing the occurrences related to my promoted gig:

04 March: Promoted gig disappeared
14 April: Promoted gig reinstated
19 April: Promoted gig disappeared
22 April: Promoted gig reinstated
24 April: Promoted gig disappeared
25 April: Promoted gig reinstated
26 April: Promoted gig disappeared
27 April: Promoted gig reinstated
28 April: Promoted gig disappeared
10 May: Promoted gig reinstated
26 May: Promoted gig disappeared
7 June: Promoted gig reinstated
This situation is particularly alarming as it is the first time I have encountered a situation where I obtained the promoted gig but failed to regain my usual rank. While I am familiar with the concept of gig rotation and have experienced it in the past, where my gig would be prominently placed on the 1st or 2nd page before suddenly deranking, this time the deranking has been more severe. My gig is not even appearing within the first 10 to 20 pages.

What concerns me even more is that it has been over 4 months since this incident occurred, and my rank has not been adequately restored. Furthermore, the promoted gig and early payout features have been granted and subsequently revoked in an inconsistent manner. These developments are significantly impacting my business, and I am reaching out to the Fiverr community for help and advice.

I kindly request your support and guidance in resolving this matter. I know it is because of the bad private review but before it was like 60 to 90 days to recover. But now 180 days?
