My gig was located on the first page and then suddenly relocated to 12th page. Does anyone have any idea how this happened?

Hey everyone. I'm now Level 2 seller and was on the first page of a specific keyword for about 2 months. 

I do not know what happened but my gig just suddenly plummeted toward the 12th page and it's a bit shocking. 

 

I did not make any late deliveries or got any canceled orders. 

Could it be that some of the customers weren't satisfied with my service? But I didn't hear any complaints lately, rather, I only had the ones who were satisfied. 

Did anyone have had the same issue as I'm having right now?

There are thousands of similar services on Fiverr, but not all of them can be in the search results. There are only 20 pages in the search result. Each page has 48 gigs (20 x 48 gigs = 960 gigs).

 You need to realize that there can only be 960 services in the search results. Fiverr puts sellers with good sales and good performance in the search results. And new sellers will be there too (for a short time).

It can be that your performance is going down or maybe other sellers suddenly perform better than you.

The worst scenario is that somebody gave you a bad private review. In that case, you are going to disappear for several months from the search results.

Buyers can leave sellers a public review that is 5-stars. However, Fiverr asks them for two private reviews which count more against your gigs and profile than any public review. Seller Success Managers have noted that poor private reviews can affect your visibility for 60 to 180 days depending on how low your private review average is.

This isn't the first time I've faced this issue but I just don't get why my impression is going up. It's not like I did tremendous loads of work. 

And I know this is some kind of bubble. Because I've seen this happen for 2 times and all of a sudden, it just plummets, like the AMC share value.

Looking at my impression increasing is satisfying to see, but I started to get fewer orders or messages from buyers.

I do receive lots of spams though, from the guys from India mostly, saying "Hi sir, I want to work for you". This one's seriously stressful. 

 

In short, my impression suddenly skyrocketed but I'm getting fewer orders and messages from buyers, compared to when my impression was at about 300 or so. 

I just want to know Why this is happening.
