Gmail Hacked

Last time my Gmail was hacked, and someone placed an order on Fiverr using my account and completed the order. I incurred a loss, and I need a refund now.
Order was placed in this account, and an attempt was made to cancel it, but I don't know who did it. I opened my account after several months, so I don't know much about it.And Fiverr support is not helping me.
