Use of Fiverr credit in purchase

I’m unsure if this is the right sub forum for this. I’m new to Fiverr and obtained 25 dollars in credit via Groupon… I was going to use it on a specific purchase. When I go to check out with the “gig”, the 25 dollars is not applied. How do I use this “credit” with a gig?
