Client Info Not Showing

Hi, it is happening to me as well. The incognito mode seems to work just fine (fiverr.com/username). They're probably changing something on these days...

I think it's a bug. Hope they will fix it very soon. I thought it was happening only to me!

Make sure to clear cache and cookies, try a different browser, and contact Fiverr support for further assistance with the issue.
