Connecting with potential clients

I recently got a couple gigs and one of my potential clients is wanting to do voice chat or video call is that allowed and how are we supposed to communicate with our clients just messaging?? please help I am just wanting to follow all the rules when it comes to this platform

there's zoom meeting option
but only for level sellers or business / fiver select buyers

As a new seller, you can have access to a zoom call only through the order.
