Why has my ranked gig lost rank?

Hello, I am a fiverr level 1 seller and close to level 2. The order at my gig was good and the ratings are also good which is coming every day. For some time my gig was on the 1st page of search results but since last year I can't find my gig anymore even I searched on the last page but couldn't find it. After this my gig is active and can't find it I went to fiber support team but they couldn't give any solution. The fiber search result algorithm changes daily I know but my gig should be at least on page 20 if it loses rank but it's not there. I don't know what is wrong with it and why. So I want to know something about it from level 2 and experienced. Hope I get a good solution. Thank you

Your visibility on Fiverr is based on your performance and your competitors. Chances are you received some negative private feedback that lowered your visibility. The best thing you can do is work with your regular buyers and deliver high-quality work and excellent support. If you do great work, your buyer satisfaction rate may increase and make you more visible.
