I've skills in Django, python programming, RESTapi, HTML & CSS, git and GitHub, and MySQL for databases, I want to ask if that is enough to freelance on fiverr.
if not tell me what other skills are needed along with these skills. I want to freelance ASAP!

yes, you can freelance with that skills but a good freelancer is one who keeps improving their skills over time.
