Fiverr lost me money.

Good day, recently finished an order in which the buyer requested a modification for additional functionality on the plugin I modified twice over. The resolution showed accepted on my end but failed to be reflected on the delivery earnings.

 

I messaged Fiverr support on this but they said the buyer needed to contact them but since the buyer was also getting trouble to even confirm the delivery and other buyers have reported issues on the site to me, I would like to know if Fiverr will reimburse the money for the extra due to the issue being their site.
