Not Getting Otp

HELP HELP HELP

I am not getting otp on my number while withdrawing, no otp matched with the number I opened account with,,, fiber theme is sending otp to wrong number,, number has last two digits, I don't know that number, and I never account with that number  I didn't make it,,,, please help me, what should I do now
