How to increase the gig rating?

hi, I have 2 very straight questions:

1) My account is not getting any impressions and once my gig was on 1st page. This all starts back when a buyer gave me a 1-star review and it's been a year but still, my account is nearly dead 😞 . Please tell me what to do.

2) The overall rating of the gig which has a 1-star review, is not getting up from 4.6. As I need it to be 4.7 to promote it. What should I do?

Please anyone tell me? I am a level 1 seller by the way.

Obviously you need great reviews from new clients and that rating will eventually go up.

Aside from promoting your gigs and trying to connect with clients, while also ensuring they are happy with your work, there's not a whole lot to do.
