What to do if customer has to mail me product?

I have a gig where I offer UGC content creation with products from customers. Do I have to put a long gig delivery time (like 10 days) to give time for the customer to mail me the product? Typically I can finish the ugc video within 2 days of receiving the product, but I don't want to put a delivery time of 2 days and then have my orders marked as super late as I wait for the product to arrive. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.
