Contemporary orders from the same seller in the same gig

Hi! Recently, a satisfied client asked me for two other orders. So, i offered him two separate offers (unfortunately, I lately ready that it's more convenient to group two orders in One) and he accepted both.

Am I in trouble? Is there anything wrong in offering separate services at the same time?

No, there isn't. If you split what should be one order into 2 smaller ones in order to get more reviews, that's definitely wrong, but if those 2 orders are for 2 separate services, that's perfectly fine. Plus it can be helpful if they're separate in case of revisions or cancellations (for example, the buyer needs one order to be revised but not the other, or wants to cancel one order and accept the other).
