Good Morning !! A question for sellers with experience in this case.. I have only 5 stars review and one 4 stars My gigs were great for a while, I had tons of views and hits, at one point all my gigs disappeared from searches and impressions dropped to 0, it's been like this for 3 days now, I have other regulars buyers who continue to leave me positive reviews for my work, but are not visible in searches. WHY?? i'm eligible for level one seller... I really dont know... probably because i extended the delivery for two time only for one order? and Can you tell me if I will be visible again in searches? I am very sad about this, I have worked hard

Extending delivery times on orders may negatively impact buyer satisfaction. Bear in mind, buyers can leave a private review in addition to the public one, which contributes to your overall buyer satisfaction rate.

If this rate falls below a certain level, your gigs will become less visible.

Continue providing excellent service to your regular customers. With luck, some of them may leave positive private feedback. Just remember: never ask for positive feedback. While it's perfectly acceptable to request regular buyers leave feedback at the end of an order, avoid being pushy about it.

Again: never ask for specific, positive, or good reviews – that's considered review manipulation and could get you into trouble faster than you can say "negative review".
