Gigs Shadow Banned?

Hi everyone, I started Freelancing back in 2020 and completed 300 plus orders; due to some personal reasons, I quit Fiverr for 6 months, Now I started again eight months ago, and I got orders, but my gigs are not ranking There is no order cancellation zero cancellation, 100 percent response rate even I managed to get an order from every buyer who messaged me, all reviews are positive. Still, my gig is not getting exposure; when I search my targeted main keywords, my gig is shown on the first page, but I still am not getting orders, even not getting messages; please don't tell me to change Thumbnail I completed orders with the same type of thumbnails, but now the condition is changed, I even changed pricing from $30 of basic to $5 but still no response, Now I am getting orders from old buyers, so what should I do ? made a new account? Requirements of Top Rated are about to be completed, but it's been 6 months I am doing everything right. 
Any suggestion?

I'm new to fiverr, so I unfortunately can't give you any advice, however I would strongely advise against making a new account. From what I gathered if you already had orders and positive ratings you are more likely to be booked again, whereas it is said to be the greatest obstacle for new members without any rankings to get orders.

That's the problem I have reviews plus gig ranking on first page but no single message , I guess ranking concept is wrong , Fiverr recommends you to buyer . That's my personal opinion :)

@ahsan_523 You mention that you are 'Top-Rated' in your profile description, when you are not.

You can start from there. You are coming across as dishonest to any experienced buyers that know about the level system.

Also, where is your gig that got you all these reviews? Right now, the buyers see a bunch of gigs with a few reviews.

Last, you could benefit from hiring a pro copywriter to edit your profile.

As I mentioned am about to be Top rated and I wrote top rated just 2 days before so its not problem  , I  deleted that gig with 150 plus reviews , because l thought Its all due to Promoted gig and yes It was good decision to do so because My profile started growing after deleting that gig and I got about 20 orders in month all positive reviews with no cancellation and all on time delivery within 2 to 3 hours infact but after that again that Gig again got de-ranked  , idk why . and last do you really think buyer read profile or gig description ? I don't think so . Simple process is Gig is recommended to them and they place order or discuss project , yes in some cases reviews and all matters but not in all cases . its been a month I received message from new buyer , I'm working with old buyers and my new gigs are getting reviews too but still gig is not getting exposure , i used to have 10k impressions per gig in a single day now just 20-30 impressions per gig. What I Think is my account is shadow banned just like Youtube channel . so am asking for solution for that . I have made news gig using keyword research (Seller plus member) and got 4 direct orders a month ago I completed all with complete satisfaction still why my gig is not getting that much exposure , that's my point . 
So I have some questions in mind
1-Shoud I made new account?
2-Should I made changes in gigs?

'Top Rated' does not work like other levels. We are manually vetted after we meet the requirements. It can happen a month after, a year after, or never.

So, it is a problem. It may be even against the ToS to include this in your profile. Perhaps, @vickieito knows where this is mentioned within the ToS.

Many don't but quality buyers do. Especially those who are about to invest a lot of money.

As for the deletion of your main gig and your increase in visibility, it could be a coincidence.

Having two seller accounts will get you banned. You should consult with customer support if you have questions about this. Even if you get permission to delete this and make another one, it seems like a backwards move to me. Why would you want to throw away all your hard-earned reviews?

Last, you mentioned seller plus. Do you have access to a success manager? They would be able to set the record straight for you.

Mentioning seller levels isn't allowed either in profile description or anywhere in gigs. Perhaps it's not a part of your current problem, but it could become a problem in the future. An account warning isn't going to help you sell more.

You'd have to close this account first, and you'd need permission from CS to open a new one. And then there's zero guarantee that you will get any orders.

If you have a success manager (that is, if you're a Seller Plus Premium member), it might be a good idea to ask them that.

You may have completed orders with the same type of thumbnails in the past, but in the meantime, a huge number of new sellers has joined (someone mentioned 78,000 gigs in logo design alone, and you're competing against all of them), and to make things worse, with the economic crisis, many have turned to AI for design and writing.

You can try checking out your most successful competitors, to try to figure out how they're doing it (I don't mean to message them or copy them, either would be a ToS violation; just to study them).
