Sorry, I don't do this kind of service, I don't have time for this. But I am sure you can hire someone on Fiverr, who can fix your gigs or optimize your account.

You have to look for a Fiverr blog or a YouTube video to learn how to write SEO-friendly gig descriptions and much more!

It is preferable if you hire someone from Fiverr as well so that a professional can counsel you!
