Is it possible to do video calls with clients before order ?

Is it permissible to schedule video calls with clients as a preliminary step before proceeding with an order?

Yes, as i can see the video call option but i didn't get any order from that new client

Yes it is.

I personally do a video chat with all of the clients that match with with my skills based on their original enquiry. 

It's a really effective way of converting customers, as well as managing expectations.  Since pre-vetting all of my potential customers I haven't had one cancellation. So in my experience it's a great addition to have. 

However, video calling isn't for everyone, and doesn't apply to all niches, so this is in my experience only.

If you see a video camera in the bottom left side of your message box then you are allowed to have video calls with that client.

This is very effective, significant, and a key factor to your clients before they start the project over video conversations.

Even if not for all the projects, it's a necessity for most of them to have a call before the contract and order to clarify the requirements and expectations of both parties. so the answer is definitely yes.
