The first 2 questions in the FAQ don't have a question mark but the rest of them do. It might be better if they all did.

The 2nd question is "What services do I offer as a Virtual Assistant" and the 4th question is "How do I provide you with access to my accounts and systems?"
So in the above you're asking from your point of view in the first question and in the other you're asking from the buyer's point of view.
It might be better to ask from the same point of view throughout (eg. from the buyers point of view).

In the answer to "How do we communicate and share information?"

you say:


We can communicate via email, slack, or project management tools, depending on your preference. As for sharing information, you can securely share files and documents through cloud storage platforms or file-sharing services.

I think you should change "We can communicate via email" because people who communicate through email can get in trouble for communicating off Fiverr (eg. they can get an account warning). So I'd change that to keep all communication on Fiverr (eg. the Fiverr order page if an order has been made).

eg. there's this part of the Terms of Service:


Requesting or providing Email addresses, s***e/IM usernames, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details to communicate outside of Fiverr in order to circumvent or abuse the Fiverr messaging system or Fiverr platform is not permitted.
