I have been on Fiverr for almost 45 days now, but I must admit that I am still relatively new to the platform and have much to learn. I am actively trying to sell my skills and abilities, but unfortunately, I haven't received any orders or clicks yet. Many potential buyers have messaged me and requested that I contact them on Telegram instead. Initially, I did so because I was unfamiliar with how Fiverr operates. However, I recently completed a project for one buyer, who ultimately did not pay me for the $5000 project. It's disheartening, and I feel discouraged.

My Fiverr profile name is ZENN, and I am reaching out to seek guidance and support from experienced members of this community. I am unsure of what the issue might be or why I am struggling to make progress on the platform. If anyone could kindly assist me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Sincerely,

Zenn.

Hi Zenn, I had a look at your Logo Design gig. Your designs are beautiful. Some advises, you can promote your gig in FB groups and all social media channels. Pinterest can also be suitable. When you upload a new pin you add gig link to website and add also descriptive alt text. I wish you goodluck with making your sales.

When I create my gig and see a preview of it, does it also count as clicks

Yeah.. but it's nothing of use? It does not matter because you are not gonna order your own services.. So you should think about buyers that how are they gonna click on your gigs meaning you should optimize your gigs in such a way that it attracts buyer's attention (and places an order too).

If someone places an order;  Is it okay to create my idea and send it to him through fiverr massage box before creating the final design?  Will he take my design idea and cancel the order?  i am new  I still haven't received the first order.  Before coming, I need to know how to do it.

Thank You. I am new to fiverr. There are no clicks in the gigs I made. But, There were clicks this morning. So I was very happy. But when I look at it, those 5 are my own clicks😪

It's because your gig gallery is not attractive and not good enough to click on your gigs. Also, you have chosen a Logo Design niche which is one of the most competitive niche on Fiverr so you need to make your gigs more stand out among others. That way, buyers will click on your clicks else no..

As a Logo design freelancer, is it possible to get at least 1 order ? In the 1st 12 pages there are only top rated and level 2, 1 sellers. May be I should Try another instead of Logo Design . Thanks for your kind help 🙂❤️

Yes you can try other skills that would be good too. As a Logo Designer, you can get order if you have a strong portfolio (gig images) which unfortunately you have not..

Better to deliver the work via Order Page.

If you are doing everything without an order, then definitely buyer will run away with your idea and design. But you can add your watermarks in the design in such a way that it is hard to remove.

So discuss your project (and requirements) with buyer in a polite way and then try to encourage buyer to place an order.

I ran your gig description through an AI detector tool, mainly because my internal detector (my brain) felt that it was AI. If I picked up on that, there's a chance others might too.

So, a friendly suggestion: maybe try giving it a personal touch by writing it yourself. If a gig description comes off as generic and lazy, people might think the same about the service behind it, and that's not the impression you want to give off when buyers read your description.

I hope this helps 🙂

Yup it was. Thank you so much 😊

I tried my own description. But it I didn't see any progress there and I felt mine one is so unnatural. So I tried AI generated description. I will try again to add my own description. Thanks for you kind help ♥️

Can the fiverr committee damage my account because of the use of artificial intelligence?

Not exactly, but if you copy-paste every gig, they might mistake you for a bot and suspend your ID. While there isn't explicit information that they will suspend accounts for using AI-generated content but clients might lose interest in purchasing your service. Fiverr does have Terms of Service (TOS) regarding user-generated content (the information you post in your gigs about yourself and your portfolio). You can refer to this article to see what Fiverr says about user-generated content.

It's good to see your Profile. it is good enough for a seller account. If you get an order from Fiverr, you should sell your services according to proper guidelines.

Thank you so much 😍♥️
