What can be the way to identify the real buyer?

Fiverr is one of the best marketplaces and you don't need to worry about fake buyers as long as you follow the protocols set by Fiverr. Do not go out of Fiverr. If you stay within Fiverr, you will be protected. besides that, answer to your question is the type of conversation and demand of work, specifications being asked can give some clue too.

Well, offer a quality service, show you have great skills and you will attract great buyers. If you have a low quality and extremely inexpensive service, that tends to attract a lot of bad buyers too.

They usually want you to demo something...and after you sent they dont answer back...

Don't worry regarding fake buyer, you should not take order outside fiverr

One point of mine: Fake Buyer Always Try to push you contact outside of the Fiverr.
