I'm fed up of users buying at random without understanding a little bit of what's included in the packages/gigs because they are too lazy (if not worse) to read and understand the specs.

Forcing us to correct things, lose time explaining what they did wrong, why they chose the wrong package, why the files they sent are useless etc etc. and in the end getting the order canceled because they don't want it anymore, making US lose ratings.

It's an invite-based system as far as I know, so you can register and most likely you will be invited. I think it's a good option.
