Funds want back to my Fiverr Account form Paypal

Hello,

Today I Transfer my Fiverr fund to my Paypal account by mistakenly.  now my payment is on hold due to I have not added the TAXID number. I am a non-US person so i do have not any US TAX ID number like SSN. and I also do not regularly use a PayPal account. I want my funds back to my Fiverr account so then I could transfer these funds to my Payoneer account. I also open a ticket on Fiverr customer support and Paypal as well but nothing get any response from both sides.

can you guys help me out how can I get my funds back???? I will be very thankful to you.
