"It happens" to every seller, unless a buyer marks the order as complete upon delivery. And not all buyers do that. Nonetheless, the order will be automatically completed in 3 days, and funds clear 14 days after the order was completed, whether by the buyer or the automatic system.This was in the terms of service you said you'd read and agreed to when you signed up with Fiverr.
