English Skills Test stuck on 91 days

I am having an issue with the English Skills Test. I took the test a few days ago and closed it intentionally before finishing it. I received an error message saying that I would have to wait 91 days to retake the test.

However, it has been 3 days since I closed the test and the 91 day timer has not reset. I am still unable to retake the test and my gig is stuck in draft mode.
