email not recoginized for w-9 :/

If you a seller on fiverr as a U.S. person you have to need requires W-9 collection. But if you not a u.s person then no need W-9.

Unfortunately, i live in the US. 😕 I finished filling it out, but it says my email isn't recognized. it's literally the only email I've used for fiverr and I even input other emails but it says the same thing. is there any other way to reach fiverr for help?
