Can anyone tell what the best brief price for website development gigs?

I think as a new seller rates for gig os like ->

. 5 dollars for 3 pages portfolio websites 

. 15 dollars for 7 pages functional websites 

. 10 dollars for payment integration system 

. And at the end rates may vary with location and function added. You set low as possible price at the starting

This type of pricing is ruining the market. If you are developing a 3 page wordpress website using custom design, you have to work at least a day to make the website eye catchy. For 8-10 hours you are asking for $5 so for an hour 50 cents.
