Client Not Paying Money

Hi Members ,

I need expert advice ,
          I had a discussion with client that she is facing some issue related to account , she asked to put the order first .
Due to my reputation on fiverr i never ask for order in advance , i took her credntials and look into things and resolve the issue.

During chat she shared me wahstaap number for discussion , she said she can reply faster there , so i texted here there. After the work she said i will pay you in 3 installments , i said ok , but after that she is not replying not even picking up my call .

What should i do , she is also a seller on fiverr , should i report to fiverr or not ? WOuld it be safe for me or not ??

You broke a few Fiverr TOS rules, so reporting them to Fiverr isn't going to do much for you. Your account will probably be in jeopardy now.

It appears you did not read TOS before you ticked the box that said you did. By communicating with a buyer outside of the platform, you have violated Fiverr's TOS, and if Fiverr finds this out, more than likely, you will lose your account.
