If an order is canceled, the order rate becomes 80%. But after completing the next order, the order rating is 87%. Why not 100%?

একটা অর্ডার চ্যান্সেলেড হলে অর্ডার রেট ৮০% হয়ে যাই।  কিন্তু পরবর্তী একটা অর্ডার কমপ্লিট করলে, অর্ডার রেটিং  ৮৭% হয়।   ১০০% হয় কেন না?

However, this rating alone may not raise the average rating to 100%. The overall rating is influenced by the ratings received from all completed orders, not just the most recent ones.
