Payment Withdrawl Issue

Hello community, My name is Hassan. I am in big trouble.

1- I am facing a payment withdrawal issue. The reason is that Payoneer said our account is attached to your Fiverr account and it is active and Fiverr is also saying your account is active but then why my payment is not transferring into Payoneer? I have attached the video kindly watch it and help me out what is the reason.
