Buying incorrectly requesting rework

I had posted a gig on Fiverr and someone purchased it. We talked through the task before the order was placed. I then went and completed the task and provided her with the completed work.

She says that she is too busy to look at the file but doesn't want to mark the task as completed until she has a chance to have a good look at this (but will not provide a timeframe or any further information). She has returned the task to me for rework 3 times just to buy more time. 

1. If this continues, if i cancel the order and submit a request through the resolution centre will i receive the funds? The task was completed and provided to her on time.

2. Will this continuous returning of the tasks impact on my seller statistics? when I open the task after it is returned it tells me the task is overdue. 

I did not have a clear revision policy (my bad). Are there any other options that I have?
