What to do when buyer is not responding?

The buyer has bought one of my gig and has provided me the stuffs which is incomplete moreover which don’t fall under $5 and now when I am asking her about my actual requirements shes not responding.



I’m unable to proceed without those stuff which is required at the very start process. I have sent her more than 10 messages in 3 days. Still no replies. How can I even cancel it mutually if she don’t respond me at all.



I’m very new on fiverr and am going through a very bad phase!

Hi, yes I can see the mutual cancellation option, but I’ve read few comments that if the seller cancels the order before the buyer then it gets a bad remark a.k.a negative review on their profile. I’m afraid if anything happens so, as I am very new and have only few sales.
