Fiverr making some changes to buyer review system. Hope everyone got the email. What do you think about the update? Is it good or frustrating ?

In my opinion:- It's good but some buyers taking advantage of it. Fiverr should give an update to sellers also. They should give an option to seller that - after accepting (seller) order - the order will start. then it will balance update for a buyer and seller.
