late delivery due to buyer

The buyer contracted one of my GIGs, he never responded to the submissions of project previews and when the final art was ready he responded to completely change the art based on a sketch that he would send and that he has not sent, the time of the GIG It has already been fulfilled and the buyer does not respond, what do I do? I don't want this to affect my rating please help

 

p.d: By the way, the requirements were extremely vague.
