Please, there are buyers when they go to t.e.l.e.g.r.a.m to agree on the work, they ask for "insurance fee" in about 50 to 100$, is this true? or is it just thieves looking to rob people at work sites????

It's against Fiverr's Terms of Service, and Fiverr will no longer protect you. You must report those buyers and inform them that any interaction outside of Fiverr violates Fiverr's policies, and both of you could be banned for this violation.

Totally scam and also against fiverr's law. Just report those buyers and mark the message as spam
