I want to open 2 fiverr account on my device one in my name and another in my friend's name is it possible to do it?

Maybe yes, opening two Fiverr accounts on the same device is possible, with one account registered under your name and the other under your friend's name. Fiverr allows users to create multiple accounts as long as each report represents a unique individual and complies with their terms of service
