It used to be that Fiverr had a link for those who want to look for someone to fill or do something for them. Whatever happened to that? How do we look for clients now?

Buyer requests were replaced by briefs. You turn the feature on, and you might receive briefs (buyers looking for someone to do something for them).

Generally speaking, Fiverr was never meant to be a bidding platform where freelancers send offers to buyers; the idea of Fiverr is that you make gigs and buyers come to you (if they need your service and like your gig better than others that offer the same service).
