HI I got a client, she need a 3d design,

"with a box that is the same dimensions as this but with 3D edges" Its she give me, can I know what is she need. Im confused. This is the sample image i got from her. Is there some one help me to that 

 

 "Would you be able to take the attached image and make some changes to 3D? I am wanting the outside edge to look 3D and also the inside frame around the mannequin. Is this doable?" and this is ..

Why not ask questions from the buyer to figure out exactly what they need to avoid further hassle down the line?

I late to reply to her, So now she went to sleep and, after get up she need to see the design. So thats happen to me. So Im here to ask someone to know about this plz
