How does direct transfer truly work?

I want to know if withdrawing your earned money by direct transfer sends your money to an attached PAYONEER account or directly to your LOCAL BANK ACCOUNT. What i want is a transfer of money to Payoneer account not a transfer to my local bank account. How does the "direct transfer" function really work?
