Starting another niche on my profile that is not related to my profile

Hi, I am a medical specialist and I am providing various services in medical field.  Few companies have approached me to collaborate and they intent to provide their services on my profile. But their niche is totally different from medical services. lets suppose its a digital designing firm that wants to collaborate with me. Is it okay to start a service that is not related to my profile.

If you're the one providing the service then I don't see why not.

However, the fact that you are pretty much outsourcing the gig to someone else.. I am not sure if that's ok. It's a bit of a gray area. Ideally, you want them to create their own profile if they want to offer a service. Why wouldn't they do that?
