Less than 80% Receiving

For my last four orders completed why I have been getting much less amount than 80% of total order value? Is there any reason?

For example, for the order with total order value of 300, I should get $240. But I got only $237.00

Why so? Any idea guys.

You guys actually could not understand my issue. I am saying about deduction during payment not during withdrawal.
