If Fiverr automatically detects spam then it will not affect on response rate. But if you think you are getting spam messages then feel free to report them as spam.

Firstly, you should set up an automatic response on your inbox so that goes immediately by which your response rate is not supposed to be affected on your gig. If you think and feel that's fake and spamming then block that manually. Hope this will be helpful.

Respond to those fake buyers like Hi.. After that, you can block them.

It is better to respond to those spam messages else it will definitely affect your response rate.
