With that, I mean access to promoted gigs relies on your gig quality and buyer satisfaction rate. If you've received negative private feedback (anonymous feedback buyers can leave after the order) or have had your stats drop recently, you'll lose access to things like promoted gigs and be less visible on Fiverr. 

The only way to work yourself back up again is to impress your buyers: 

• Set realistic expectations, but strive to exceed them. In short: under-promise, over-deliver
• Be superpolite and friendly, always helpful and professional
• Don't lie or mislead buyers about your skills, and always be careful to manage expectations before you begin work to avoid misunderstandings.
• Be an actual professional and deliver high-quality work on time every time.

Fiverr has hired buyers as quality controllers,they can decide your fate and destroy you forever thanks to private feedback,this policy is devoid of any logic because it allows anyone to make judgments that have no logical sense without the possibility of replication.

So you have to be servile  and you can't counter the buyers who are the rulers and the makers of your destiny and if unfortunately a buyer compares with a third person the next day and judges your work wrong,instead of talking to you he will put a private negative feedback and you will be unfairly punished.
