Very difficult to figure out what is happening to your stats.... However it could be an increase in sellers in your category, or that you delivery late orders, cancellations, unsatisfied customers....

I assume you create logos for a living,it seems obvious to me that you are in an extremely competitive category, if ,you are visible in the search it's okay,if not,you are in trouble sadly

Retain orders not help that much on gig ranking, however seems your service category is more competitive and there are lot of new sellers which is why Fiverr drop your gig ranking
