Cannot Withdraw Money

Question

So, I have been on Fiverr for a little bit now, and decided to finally withdraw the money that has been building up. This would be my first ever withdrawal. I connect my PayPal, and go to withdraw and see "Withdrawal has been disabled, please contact Customer Support". No idea why it is preventing me from withdrawing, as I have only positive ratings and a 5 star, so it's not as if I broke a guideline there or something. 

I created a post to customer service, and since then have added more to it, as it's taking them a while to respond. Is this normal? They say it takes less than 12 hours for them to respond, but its been way over that. Do I just need to wait longer? Or what do I need to do in order to withdraw the money I earned? Again, its my first time withdrawing, but seeing as they just won't let me, its frustrating.

Yes it's normal. There are times that they are overwhelmed with support tickets and it can take a while. I'd follow up again at around 48-72 hours.

Sorry you're going through something like this you, hopefully things get settled as soon as possible. It's really only Customer Support who can help out on this because only they have the official answers.

I appreciate the quick response! I've already checked through that article, and everything is set up properly, it just looks as if they did something themselves to put a restriction on it. It sucks, but I guess I just give it a couple days and see what happens. Thank you though!
