Buyer wants to cancel order after receiving delivery

Hello. My buyer wants to cancel the order after he already received his delivery and asked for a revision. Is it better if i open the dispute and cancel or i ask him to cancel? I don't want my rates to be affected . And will i be not be paid when the order is canceled after delivery?

If the order gets canceled, it's like it never existed. So obviously you're not getting paid a dime. 

Regardless of who cancels, your ratings will be affected when you cancel.
