It is actually due to 4.7* rating too which you received 1 month ago. And that buyer might have given you a negative private feedback too.

Secondly, your gig gallery is not impressive enough to grab buyer's attention. Work on gig optimization i.e. improve gig gallery and gig descriptions as well.
