Updating profile bio issue

I'm currently experiencing difficulty updating my profile bio, and I'm uncertain whether it's due to a bug or if Fiverr doesn't allow profile updates.

By bio, I assume you mean your profile description? 

What exactly happens when you try to edit it?

When I first started on Fiverr, I wrote my profile bio. However, now that I'm attempting to make edits, it seems that the platform is not allowing me to do so.

Could you explain what happens when you go to your profile, scroll down, and click on Edit description? It will help in determining if this is a bug or not.
