Delay in notification on Android Smart Phone

Dear Community Members,

I am facing the issue that after getting any inquiry in my inbox, I get a notification on my Android smartphone almost 30 minutes to 1 hour later. Is it an issue with my notification settings or any other case?

There is sometimes a delay when I use the app. But not always.

I am facing this issue constantly. Just right now I noticed it is 0one hour and 3 minutes after that I received a notification on the mobile app. Can anyone guide me how to resolve this issue?

Check your Notifications settings in Fiverr App (Push Notifications).. You might have disabled some notifications option.

Else, upgrade your Fiverr App or Log out and then log in again to see the results.
